Positive: The weekend breakfast person very friendly, the week morning person lacked knowledge on the food amount to make so many of us did not have breakfast.
Negative: I had cancelled through Enzo for this weekend of August 8-10 and booked for the weekend of August 1-3 at the Comfort Inn, which was a great place to stay, but it didn’t have the kitchenette that was requested or the queen bed. It did have a king bed very comfortable, but I was still missing the kitchenette so all our food was spoiled due to Expedia’s decision. I have called and messaged Expedia contacted them and they stated that Enzo would get back to me.as I received an email stating my booking is still pending, It has been 24 hours and I still have not received any word from him. I truly do not understand the way their communication works because it lacks the follow up that was requested that was twice throughout the day, not including an email I sent to Enzo, no response. Phone calls, very disappointed in his lack of communicating with us.
